Priced to sell. Superb condo on 2 floors with private garage and storage room, in a very sought after area: Village Saint Louis in Lachine West. 5 minutes from autoroutes 20 and 13, the shopping mall, schools and a bicycle path where you can walk along the water as well, many schools, parks, pools, walking paths and 2 different trains. The city is planning on making a beach here and there even may be plans to bring a metro line to Lachine as well.

The condo is bright with big windows and a cathedral ceiling. It has a mezzanine that is wide enough for a library and seating, as well as the 2nd bedroom. This bedroom gives access to the large private rooftop terrace with sliding patio doors. 

The new renovations and changes include high-end counter tops in both the kitchen and the washroom. New tiles were put in the entrance and in the washroom.

The washroom has a sizeable shower redone in 2016 and a separate deluxe bathtub. A new fan, toilet and heater were added also.

The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room. There is space to use my table for 8 and all my living room furniture.

The master bedroom is so large that it is as if 2 bedrooms were put together. There is new recessed lighting and is now painted a pale colour.

The condo building is very clean, smoke free and quiet. The condo owners are nice and welcoming. The railings of the balconies and the rooftop terraces were repainted this year and the front walkway was upgraded last year.

There is a new certificate of location for the apartment and the garage (2020-2021)

The property is sold without legal warranty only because I have been here just one year.

I am leaving to care for a family member.

The property sale is dependant on my finding a house. I am actively searching, it will not take long, as I visit several properties a week.
