Adorable two-storey house with garage located in a quiet area of Lachine and a few steps away from Lac St. Louis.
On the ground floor, the new blond hardwood floors and large windows illuminates the open living area, dining room and kitchen (fully renovated) with natural light. Also, attached to this floor, there is a large office area or games room which leads directly to the newly renovated patio. In addition, there is a garage attached to the ground floor that also has direct access to the backyard. Moreover, the basement has just been completely renovated which includes a bathroom / powder room, a large cold room (which can also be used as a wine cellar).
