Very warm apartment on the top floor, without noise and no condo fees!

It is spacious and in excellent condition with indoor garage in the basement and 2 balconies. The master bedroom has 3 wardrobes and a wonderful built-in bathroom with a whirlpool perfect for relaxing after work.

An open living room with mezzanine (for a work room or a relaxation room). This mezzanine offers a very large wardrobe.

A super beautiful illuminated room (room 2) and a bathroom (2) in the passage with cupboard and washer-dryer (not included).

The third bedroom with 2 doors near the kitchen, quiet. My favorite place to work and also the place where children have done their homework for many years.

The dining room is bright, big enough to entertain friends and quite intimate for the family. A large sunny balcony completes this space that allows you to enjoy the summer. The kitchen has a large window and is very functional.
