We moved into the condo just before our first son was born and lived there for several years with our first son while we were still working downtown Montreal. The location is just amazing. Two steps and you are on Prince Arthur, St Denis, or St Laurent. Parc La Fontaine is just around the corner. A 15-minute walk to downtown and McGill University.

When we looked for a place back then it was hard to find a condo of this size at this location. It is a spacious condo with three good-sized bedrooms. When you get into the condo there is a long room on the left, which you can turn into a double office. The living room is on the right, the master bedroom in the middle, and the third bedroom all the way to the end.

When we moved we did not want to sell it and it has been rented for 10 years. Everyone always loved the place. The building is in great shape with an updated roof and the front of the building and structure has been perfectly maintained. There is a small yard in the back as well. The condo interior has not been updated in recent years.
