1st level: living room, motorized and built-in home cinema screen and video projector, dining room, kitchen renovated in 2019 (built-in wifi oven, induction plates, heated floor, quartz countertop), pantry, shower room renovated in 2020, wall-mounted air conditioner, storage space, balcony.
