Are you a fan of the Plateau's charm but not of old floors that crack and ancient windows that let the cold air through in winter? Our condo is just the ticket!
Since the building was built in 2012, not only is it much better insulated than most of the buildings in the neighbourhood, but the beautiful hardwood floors will be quiet when your sweetheart goes to the bathroom at night, and your Hydro bill will be very affordable.
The condo has two levels; so, you can have dinner with friends without disturbing your children who are sleeping downstairs or watch your kitschy TV show in the living room while your partner reads downstairs!
The condo was fully repainted in 2016, a large walk-in closet was added in the main bedroom and all the cupboards were designed to optimize storage (you can never have too much storage!).
The unit is located on the first floor and has two private entrances. These entrances come in handy when you come home from the grocery store with your hands full or need to take your child's stroller up. There are also very few steps to climb if you've had one too many cocktails!
Terrasses Roy, a family-friendly space where you can relax, eat or play is right next door; and, every Thursday, a public market sets up and sells organic vegetables and local products.
Finally, all conveniences are accessible on foot: pharmacies, grocery stores, hospitals, gyms, dentists, parks, schools, bars, clubs, pubs, restaurants. In short, you won't need a car! As a bonus, the Sherbrooke metro is a 6-minute walk away, and the bus stop, one minute away. However, if you have a car, it's very easy to find parking on nearby streets.
