On the Plateau Mont-Royal. Extremely quiet street, 2nd floor, corner unit with windows along the party wall, very bright. It has just been renovated.
5 minutes from Mont-Royal Avenue, this condo will charm you with its remarkable luminosity and character. This corner unit is peaceful and pleasant since it is close to Baldwin and La Fontaine parks, which have beautiful green spaces for everyone to enjoy.
The charm of the condo is intact, with its wood floor as well as its many moldings. The building is from 1923, is in perfect condition, and has very solid foundations (stake, and a full concrete basement).
