The house is located just off St-Laurent (and St-Denis) between Duluth and Rachel.

The house is within walking distance of all services: schools, daycares, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, metro. You can do it all on foot. It's a 25-minute walk to downtown and Old Montreal.

Beautiful first-floor living area with living room, kitchen, dining room, and powder room. The kitchen floor is heated.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor - very bright given the skylight.  There's a recently renovated full bathroom (with bath and shower).

The ground floor opens onto a beautiful, intimate courtyard landscaped by Topia, a landscape architecture firm, using luxurious materials (ipe wood and slate).
