Nearly all the original plaster molding or wood is still in place. Beautiful living room with corinthian columns on the 1st floor.

Many commercial services are available within 220 m: supermarket, pharmacy, Rona, baker, butcher, restaurants, coffee shop, etc. Parc Laurier is 300 m away and has a dog park. 11 min walking to the Laurier metro station.

The expensive work was all done recently: insulation, new bricks and foundation at the rear, and a new roof.
