Very nice 5-plex situated in a quiet sector of Plateau-Mont-Royal with 2 private outside parking, wide balcony, and small sheds.
4 kitchens and some bathrooms have been recently renovated. Big laundry room on the 1st floor. Lots of closet space.
Nearly all the original plaster molding or wood is still in place. Beautiful living room with corinthian columns on the 1st floor.
