Charming and spacious condo on top floor of a small co-owed building, including 2 balconies and 1 garage unit. Lots of windows and mature trees. Located 5 minutes walking distance from the Lionel-Groulx and Georges-Vanier metro stations and all services: Hospital (CUSM), schools and universities, grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, medical clinic, library, parks, pool and community centres. Area is very well serviced for all types of transportation: Bus/metro, vehicle and other alternate transport.
The dining room windows give the condo a unique style and the wood fire place adds warmth and intimacy to the open air spaces.
Two closed rooms and a large storage room complete the condo unit. The 2nd room has a Murphy bed giving this room flexibility in usage.

ENVIRONMENT : Little-Burgundy is situated between Griffintown, Westmount and St-Henri. Little-Burgundy is as dynamic and up. Than Griffintown but without its high rise towers. It is an attractive place to live close to the Atwater Market, the Lachine Canal (aquatic activities, pic-nic areas and peaceful environment, bycicle paths (you can get to the old port by bicycle in less than 10 minutes).
