Great condo with indoor parking, located 5 minutes from Downtown, constructed in 2011, located on a quiet street in the South West of Montreal.
This condo has an indoor parking spot, centralized Air Conditioning, and large windows.
A beautiful outdoor area in the back yard offers a beautiful view from the balcony. It offers the best of Montreal's urban lifestyle. We are two block from Wellington, walking distance from parks, stores, Atwater market, Lachine Canal, schools, bus stops. 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 min from Old Port.
