Remarkable 2-bedroom ground floor ancestral condo in a heritage triplex with private terrace, located in an exceptional location: Lionel-Groulx metro at the corner, 5min. walk to Atwater market and the Lachine Canal and Notre-Dame street, in addition to the city center very close, easy access to the South-Shore bridges and highways. The Alexis-Nihon shopping center is very close, as is the Sainte-Catherine Street West.
The large terrace is for private use and includes a shed. The landscaping was redone in 2013. The backyard overlooks a very quiet lane.
The condo was completely renovated in 2000 including plumbing, electricity, kitchen, etc. but retains the ancestral style with such as the wood moldings completely redone in 2016 with the original model and the exposed brick and stone walls. Very efficient floor space.
A radiant hot water heating system has been installed throughout the whole condo, which is very comfortable in the winter. The bathroom was redone in 2011 with slate on the wall and a custom wooden vanity. The kitchen was renovated in 2017 with granite counters and backsplash.
