Superb building, in a corner, offering several possibilities in a very sought after area (South-West district).
Originally a triplex, it is in the process of being converted to be a duplex including a townhouse on 2 floors (over 1400 square feet) and a 5 1/2 for rent. Hydro-Québec's three meters are still separate. It is possible to make it a bedroom house (7 bedrooms at $800/each) in order to maximize the economic performance of the building
