Large Victorian-style bungalow in a peaceful area on a very large corner lot of 10,700 ft² (994 m²), ideal for RV owner. Can be easily converted in multi-generation home with private entrance. Within walking distance of the magnificent Île Bizard Park. There is no door sill, which reduces moving capacity.
Large balcony of 12 by 24 ft in reinforced concrete with awning, which can be used as a base for a solarium.
Large 4 cars parking space in front plus space for an RV or boat 39' long and 13' wide with sewer and electricity. The vehicle's generator can power the house directly.
Large open area with 9 ft ceiling, wood fireplace, and wood elevator from the basement. Warm dining room with wall unit included. Modern kitchen with lots of storage. The large patio door was replaced in 2016 and the windows are in very good condition. Full bathroom with 2-seater whirlpool bath, two sinks, makeup area, bidet outlet, and large cabinets. Very large Walk-in closet with drawer units, shelves, and spaces for shoes. Two large bedrooms on the ground floor plus bathroom with laundry room. One bedroom in the basement and possibility of more.
New heating system and heat pump.
The roof was replaced in 2017. Security cameras installed.
