Very spacious and bright condo situated on the banks of the river, allowing an exceptional view on the landing stage, the bridges, the city center and the morning sun which ignites the mountains of the South shore, summer and winter alike.


The apartment is covered with noble and high-quality materials which favor a comfortable and peaceful living space. Turnkey, it is endowed with all kinds of special extras.


The building offers common spaces fitted out tastefully, in a secure and well managed environment.


The island is endowed with numerous parks, pedestrian and bicycle paths. Here we can really boast to live in the nature ten minutes from downtown.

As for safety and security services they are in operation 24/7 and all related security equipment has been brought up to standard. The doors of the building and common areas open with magnetic keys and the garage door with remote control.
