From the private courtyard a small path allows access to the superb heated in-ground pool shared with the other owners.

A door in the basement communicates directly with the garage which has a private parking space. 

The house was already been renovated in 2012 but further renovations of the kitchen and bathroom were carried out in 2018.  
Beautiful brightness in the living room with windows that occupy the entire wall on the southwest side.
