Superb condo built in the old Viau biscuit factory, with lots of character (brick walls, concrete ceiling of about 12 feet). Free quickly!
Exceptional windows and light! There are large windows in all rooms (except the bathroom). No neighbors in the back. The private entrance opens onto a pretty landscaped inner courtyard.
Washer-dryer is located in a storage space adjacent to the kitchen.
Additional private storage space (locker) inside the biscuit factory.
Beautiful shared terrace on the roof, from which you can admire the Olympic Stadium, Jacques Cartier Bridge, and even the fireworks!
Outside parking place next to the Condo's entrance.
