Superb condo flooded with light, open concept with 3 closed bedrooms and a parking space. The condo is on the 1st floor of a building of only 3 units, has its own entrance (which is very practical in times of pandemic) and has windows on 3 sides.

This beautiful and spacious condo has been very well thought out with all its storage spaces: many wardrobes, large entrance closet, large pantry, walk-in closet in the master bedroom, laundry room with space and exterior locker accessible via the balcony.

You will like to enjoy the large sunny balcony during the morning coffee and Happy Hour, as well as the parking space in paving stones.

Located on a one-way street, close to all services in a very quiet and peaceful family neighborhood with its beautiful mature trees and numerous parks.
