Very bright corner unit located on a quiet street, just steps from the St. Lawrence River and Promenade-Bellerive Park. The property has been carefully landscaped and gives access to a fountain. Located close to public transportation, highways 25 and 40 and many shops and services (schools, library, arena, indoor and outdoor pools, etc.).
Modern open concept house built with quality materials, including hardwood floors on 3 floors and lots of storage. Upstairs, the bedrooms and bathroom are good size. Also includes a private garage and an outdoor parking. Excellent soundproofing.
The bathroom was renovated in 2012 and the roof redone in 2016. The kitchen has been partially renovated with the installation of a quartz counter in 2016 and a backsplash in 2019.
