It is with heart filled with emotion that we decided to put our condo for sale, our home for 7 years.
We were the first owners of this unit since its construction was completed in 2013.
We spent beautiful moments there, so many things make the charm of this unit to name a few; the large fenestrations give access to natural light, the open space between the kitchen and the dining room has always allowed us to share lively dinners with our guests.
What we will particularly miss is the location of our building, located on Pie-IX Boulevard, this one is close to all kinds of necessary amenities: Grocery store, post office pharmacy, etc.

C'est avec le coeur rempli d'émotion que nous avons décidé de mettre notre condo à vendre, notre chez nous depuis 7 ans.
Nous avons été les premiers propriétaires de cette unité depuis la fin de sa construction en 2013.
Nous y avons passé de beaux moments, tellement de choses font le charme de cette unité pour en citer quelques-uns; les grandes fenestrations donnent un accès à la lumière naturelle, l'aire ouverte entre la cuisine et la salle à manger nous a toujours permis de partager des soupers animés avec nos invités.
Ce qui va tout particulièrement nous manquer est l'emplacement de notre immeuble, situé sur le boulevard Pie-IX, celui-ci est à proximité de toutes sortes de commodités nécessaires : Épicerie, bureau de poste pharmacie, etc.
Si vous êtes un adepte des transports en commun, vous serez servis, à moins d'une minute de marche vous êtes à un arrêt de bus et/ou du train de banlieue.
