Family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large family room, dining room, and living room in a quiet old and very sought after area of Pierrefonds East near the Rivière des Prairies, close to all amenities, parks, schools, shops...
Interior renovations to be done to convert the house to your liking and taste of the day.
The house dates from 1955 with a total size of 1,500 square feet on one floor. There is no basement (crawl space). Large plot of 10,000 square feet. Considered flood zone despite the fact that there have been no floods since the late 1970s / early 1980s. Pending a zoning change from the provincial government to eliminate this temporary zone called special intervention zone.
Oil furnace installed in the garage. Roof redone 5 years ago with asphalt shingle.
