A heated outdoor swimming pool (Seasonal) and large exercise room access are included.

Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large windows throughout allow for a lot of natural light in the condo. The patio door leads to the huge, covered balcony with glass railings, parking, and storage locker located in the underground garage. Beautiful views of downtown, Lac St Louis, and the St Joseph's Oratory.

Gestion Samurai manages all the maintenance and cleaning issues of the common area. Hot water is included in the condo fees. The cold water tap next to the parking spot is very practical for washing a car. Our co-owner comity is very dynamic all questions and queries are answered quickly through our Facebook page or SMS.
