Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium corner unit built in 2020, facing southeast, sunlight is present all day, this unit includes a charging station for electric vehicles in the underground parking area, located in central Pointe-Claire East. A heated outdoor swimming pool (Seasonal) and large exercise room access are included.
Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large windows throughout allow for a lot of natural light in the condo. The patio door leads to the huge, covered balcony with glass railings, parking, and storage locker located in the underground garage.
