Spacious 26 X 36 cottage located on a street corner in a nice area of ''Rivière des Prairies'' neighborhood near boulevard Gouin. Quiet and pleasant environment well located with a view on the river and a charming big garden. Less than 1 kilometre away, you can find bicycle paths, public swimming pools, schools, a municipal library, restaurants, grocery shop, convenience stores, parks, an arena and public transportation access.
Beautiful landscaped yard with lawn, flowers and trees. Paving stone entrance overlooking the garage and the entrance door of the basement.
The first level offers a closed entrance hall (5' X 5') with a closet. Next to the hall, you will find a laundry room and bathroom (10'1'' X 5'3''). The living room offers a beautiful view thanks to a large bay window. The vast dining room (16 X 11) with parquet flooring is open to the kitchen (16 X 13) which is furnished with many oak cupboards.
All three rooms on the second floor are very big and allow multiple configurations such as an office or relaxation/reading corner.
