First floor condo unit with a view on the park. Two large bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet). Open space living room and dining room. Kitchen giving access to a spacious balcony. Usage of a BBQ grill is allowed. Large windows. A convenient storage room in the basement and another one directly in the condo unit. Excellent soundproofing. Air conditioner / heat pump. One exterior parking space. The area is efficiently deserved by public transportation and the frequent passages of buses at peak hours. Proximity of metro stations. Many bicycle paths in the area. Well maintained building in a pleasant and peaceful environment.
