Owners’ comments
Beautiful 2 bedroom condo located in the heart of the Vieux-Rosemont sector. Unit located on the third and last floor. 2020 construction, still under warranty.
The unit has very large windows and 9 feet ceilings, providing beautiful light throughout the day. The kitchen has lots of storage space and a quartz countertop. The master bedroom walk-in closet is fitted with Ikea PAX storage furniture. Hot water is provided by the condominium, so there is no tank in the unit.
The building has an elevator system, an intercom system linked to mobile devices, an underground garage where bicycle racks are available, as well as a shared and furnished terrace on the rooftop.
Quiet and respectful co-owners. In addition, the building is very well managed and the contingency fund is well stocked, a rarity in the market in addition to being a great peace of mind!
