Superb 5 rooms condominium, well lit, upper floor. 2 balconies with lot of sunlight and nice view. Lots of shelving spaces. Air conditioning (2013).
Located in a neighborhood both peaceful and dynamic. Quiet street, recently redone (2015). Close to all services: drugstores, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, parks, cafes, hardware store, primary school, daycare, Jean-Talon Market and Saint-Hubert Plaza.
