Large condo completely detached, very bright (9 windows on the ground floor and 9 in the basement) woodwork and interior doors in oak, hardwood floors, 9' ceiling, located 2 steps from the Plaza St-Hubert with all services (restaurants, pharmacies, banks, bars, bakery, SAQ, etc. ..) 7 minutes walk from two metro stations (Beaubien and Rosemont), 5 minutes walk from the library Marc-Favreau and directly on the bike path and 100 meters from an alternative primary and secondary school. Large yard with 10' x 12' gazebo included (3 types of canvas) installed on a ceramic tile patio, 45' x 45' intimate courtyard fully insulated by fence and vine. Possibility to build a parking in the backyard. Vine and small fruit trees. Walk-in closet and lots of storage space on the ground floor and basement. Large room in the undeveloped part serving as storage space for bike, garden furniture, tools and workshop (27' x 11').
Works and renovations done: 2001 and 2003: kitchen, ground floor bathroom, soundproofing of the condo by laying cellulosic fiber, resilient bar and acoustic mattress.
