Located in a very sought-after area, bright condo completely renovated with a closed bedroom. The neighborhood is lively, with many restaurants and shops, very close to the Beaubien Cinema and Molson Park, where there is a summer market, free shows and free skating in winter. Public transport is easily accessible, just a stone's throw from the building. Parking on the street is easy at all times.
The unit is on the second floor, with no neighbors above, in a quiet building and has two patio doors and two balconies, front and back, as well as a skylight, which brings a lot of light to the whole.
