Large contemporary unit located on the 2nd floor of a 6-unit building a few steps from all services, adjacent to the bike path (REV) with a large private terrace and a garage.
Completely renovated in 2011 (electricity, plumbing, flooring, insulation), (New roof -white roof- in 2020) the apartment has a very refined style, both modern and warm. The space is 'open air' style and the unit benefits from a lot of light.
