This condo was built in 2008. Although similar to the others from the outside, it is 10 years younger than the average age of buildings in the neighborhood. This windowed corner unit on 3 sides with 9 feet ceilings offers lots of light. Located above the garages, so you will have no neighbors below. A cadastral parking space at the back allows you to park a vehicle. This quiet and safe area is also adjacent to several parks. It is a perfect place for a family.
