Owners’ comments
Renovated condo located in the highly sought-after area of Shop Angus / Rosemont, near the Joliette metro station (7 minute walk). It is located on the second and last floor of a triplex. The condo is through and offers two balconies (front and rear), as well as two skylights, for maximum lightning!
Description of the main rooms:
Two spacious bedrooms and lots of storage;
Kitchen, recently renovated, open concept with a skylight and a central island as well as several modern assets (built-in oven, induction hob);
Large living room, with an adjoining balcony, overlooking a very peaceful green lane, with very little vis-à-vis;
