Both units are rented. Main unit is $1 850 per month, 2nd floor is $1 100 per month
Spacious duplex with 2 parking spaces, the first one in a heated garage and the second one outside. Many services are near the duplex including pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants and SAQ's. At the corner of the street you will find different bus stops to take you to the different metro lines.
The first floor is rented for $1850 until June 2025. There is a total of 2 bedrooms in this untit, one on the first floor and the other in the basement.
The kitchen is renovated with a huge 87 inches by 36 inches maple countertop island. There is 4 spaces for people to eat. There's also a granite countertop and a heated floor. There is also room for a wine cellar and a wine rack within the cabinets.
There's a closed bedroom, a huge double room used as a dining and living room. The bathroom has been renovated and includes a 72 inch jetted tub and a separate glass shower.
In the basement you will find the garage, a bedroom, another room that can be used as an office, a complete bathroom (with a shower). There is also a storage room where you will find a new high energy gas furnace.
