Owners’ comments
This unique cottage is located in one of the most charming neighborhoods in Rosemont, right next to the Beaubien street, and between the Beaubien and Molson parks. The cottage was fully renovated in 2014.
This cottage has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, out of which one is directly connected to the master bedroom. The ground floor is fully open with the entrance, kitchen, dining and living area in a single space.
The kitchen design is very modern with a 10-foot custom-made island counter that is made of concrete. There are two sinks and appliances include a fridge/freezer, a concealed dishwashing machine and a gas stove (Kitchen Aid).
The house and its back yard are luminous and profit from the afternoon sun, since the yard is facing South West. The access to the yard is available with two patio doors. The large patio doors allow the natural light to enter the main living area beautifully.
The basement has a height of 6 feet, with an independent door, can be arranged to the taste of the buyer.
