Magnificent single family home on 3 levels, ultra bright located on a large lot. Major renovations done by professionals. Large living room on the ground floor open on the terrace and garden, with powder room. 4 bedrooms upstairs with superb bathroom. Finished basement. 3 parking spots!

Renovations 2018-2019:
Outside:
-Added a terrace in treated wood.
Partial repair of the brick.
-New doors and windows.
-New balcony master bedroom.
interior:
-Reorganization of parts and modifications to the structure supervised by engineer.
-Insulation of the exterior walls with R12 wool and the ceiling of the 2nd floor with R40.
-New gypsum walls.
-New wood floors (ground floor) and ceramic.
-New staircase.
-Full renovation of the kitchen (cabinets, granite counters, heated floors, backsplash, etc.).
-Full renovation of the bathroom (heated floor).
