The bike path is right on the street. Schools are nearby, as are many restaurants, cafes and services. You can walk to everywhere (Walk Score of 97). The Beabien metro station is a 10 minute walk (750 m) ans the bus is really close (18 Beaubien and 55 Saint-Laurent).
