Industrial condominium part of a complex built in 1987. Center unit with an above-ground floor and partially upgraded mezzanine level. The net floor area is 2411 square feet and the mezzanine floor is 2115 square feet. The clearance in the warehouse area is 18.5 feet. Under the mezzanine, the clearance height is 10 feet and 7 inches.

The interior layout on the ground floor consists of a reception area, a closed office, and a washroom. On the warehouse side (unfinished) is a partially finished toilet (without floor covering). On the mezzanine, there is a showroom/office, another closed office, a kitchenette, and a large storage space. The rest of the mezzanine is unfinished. At the warehouse, the level is a 10-foot high garage door that serves as a loading dock and a single door.

It is important to note that the mezzanine is removable and adjustable according to your needs.

  • The roof was redone in August 2008.
  • The central air conditioning unit was replaced in April 2018.
  • The hot water tank was changed in April 2018.
