Beautiful semi-furnished 4-1/2 condo of 1,233 sq ft located in Ville Saint-Laurent on the 4th floor of the prestigious Château de Casson, Phase III. Completely renovated and modernized with high-end materials and impeccable finishing. Abundant brightness due to its southwest orientation, solarium, and generous fenestration.
You will be charmed by the modern kitchen featuring very large Corian countertops and an incredible amount of storage space. In the living room, a magnificent three-sided electric fireplace will brighten up your evenings. The dining room is spacious and can easily accommodate ten people.
The architect converted the balcony into a solarium, so you can enjoy sunbathing all year round. If you get too hot, you can start the central air conditioning system to cool off. The two bedrooms are very spacious, the master bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes high-end furniture with a queen-size Murphy bed, a workstation, and a loveseat.
The bathroom has a large Corian countertop, a deep bathtub, and a separate shower with a glass door. A Fisher & Paykel brand washer and dryer with digital controls and a central vacuum are included. The three kitchen appliances are also included; they are of high quality. The refrigerator and dishwasher are Fisher & Paykel brand, and the induction stove is Electrolux brand. There is also a microwave hidden in a cabinet.
The floors are all hardwood except, of course, for the kitchen and bathroom. There are two storage spaces, the first is a 76 sq ft room within the condo itself, the second is in the basement and is 18 sq ft. You will also have access to heated indoor parking, and you will have the opportunity to wash your car in a specially designated area.
On the ground floor, several common areas are available to you: you can enjoy a superb indoor saltwater pool, a jacuzzi, a dry sauna, a gym, and an outdoor terrace.
