Very well situated and UNIQUE with its loft style master bedroom at the upper level, its cathedral ceiling, a fireplace, a walk-in closet, a complete bathroom and access to a large private sundeck via a patio door.

Based on designer plans, a complete renovation was performed over the years whereby the interior layout was completely changed, fully insulated and soundproofed in several areas so as to be functional, comfortable and easy to maintain. A large workshop in the basement is also there for you.

This lovely non-smoker cottage, without any neighbour at the back (it's a primary school yard), is turnkey and sits on a one-way street, with a private backyard offering a uni-stone terrasse, a big balcony on the first level and a large sundeck at the upper level and another uni-stone terrasse in front of the house.
