Owners’ comments
Townhouse, turnkey, for sale, fully renovated, very well located, close to all services, in a super quiet environment without aircraft noise, soundproof and quiet neighborhood. Better than a condo because you decide what you want at no cost! Everything is already done for you!
On foot: Train, bus, elementary school, grocery store, restaurant, cleaner, Hôpital Sacré-Coeur 20 minutes, the very recent YMCA, beautiful parks with swimming pools and barboteuses always walking distance, and very close to two metro lines (Côte-Vertu and Henri Bourassa) ...
Lots of storage space in the house and a small garden house in the back yard. Box and electrical wiring redone to all electrical upgraded. Switch and fronting, thermostat, door handles changed for new. Interior stairs are in white oak wood. Plumbing rebuilt during the renovation of the bathrooms (2008). Roof again November 27, 2012 (white roof, the cutting edge!). Air conditioning installed in 2013.
