Location of choice! Beautiful sunny corner unit, top floor of a 2 story corner building. Hardwood floor. Front and back balcony. Spacious kitchen and dining room in an open concept. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated. Storage space in the basement. 

Corner building with 4 condo units, very well managed. Low condo fees cover legal obligations, insurance, and contingency funds.

Bike path right at the door, a convenience store at the corner, a few minutes walk to services, parks and the green spaces along the river, the Natatorium (large outdoor pool), and Verdun beach. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area, Verdun is a booming area with a great neighborhood lifestyle.

Easy access to highways, Champlain bridge, 10 minutes walk to metro Jolicoeur station (3 metro stations close), bus at the street corner.
