Features:
- less than a minute walk from Lasalle subway station; ideal for getting anywhere by subway, including downtown very quickly, in 12 minutes. Not even necessary to cross a street to get to the subway; quiet and safe area. Also near many bus routes and a Communauto station.
- property located on the top floor: no upstairs neighbors
- large separate private entrance, great for coats, bikes, etc.
- main entrance located directly on Caisse Street reserved for buses (no car traffic)
