LOCATION AND CHARM
This condo distinguishes itself by its architecture, its huge outside living space and its strategic location at the very center of all services.
600 ft² of outdoor living space:
A safe haven in the very center of the city, with its huge terrace and its courtyard, both very intimate and completely private. ( more than 600 ft² ). For the garden lovers, an also private space in front of the building with mature trees and perennials. The spacious terrace offers access to a large storage space (200 ft²) completely secured.
A charming building
Wonderful first floor in a centenary building, tastefully renovated in 2011, mixing with skill all the charm of the old fashioned and the comfort of a modern home.
- generous open space including: an office (can easily be converted to a third bedroom), a living room and a dining room;
- 2 bedrooms (including a wonderful brick wall in the master bedroom);
- a spacious kitchen with quartz countertop and heating floor;
- a pretty bathroom (with heating floor also).
