Owners’ comments
Beautiful condo, well maintained and located in a vibrant area and close to many services. Ideal for single person or couple or young family. The front faces north while the rooms and the terrace overlook the back on a quiet courtyard, closed and secure.
There is a space for washer and dryer, accessible from the dining room.
Upgrades: The bathroom was completely redone in 2011. The kitchen counters are made of acrylic and were changed in 2013 and the sink and faucets. Programmable electronic thermostats and dimmer switches have been installed in every room. An alarm system is already installed, but it must be connected to a central.
Inclusion: The 5 * appliances, blinds on front window and wall air conditioning in the main room are included, sold as is and without warranty.
