This is the ideal condo for anyone working downtown, a student, or a pied-à-terre. Located less than 5 minutes from the Champ de Mars metro, a gym, the beautiful promenade of the old port, grocery stores, as well as several restaurants and bars, you will always be close to everything. In addition to the Champ de Mars metro, you will be close to bus stops and a bike path just in front of the building.
The building is clean, well maintained and the condo fees are super low ($143.74/month), with a good contingency fund.
