Modern apartment in the middle of downtown and neighbor to the Bell Center with easy access to metro/subway station (Lucien-L'Allier) and to the 'underground city' shopping mall. Great security management with cameras in common areas.

This apartment is guaranteed to offer you a cozy and clean building environment. The kind and very polite neighbors are a plus.  The building has a gym, sauna, outdoor swimming pool with terrace and BBQ, playrooms (pool tables), and study rooms.

The condo includes two bedrooms: 1 Bedroom & 1 den (open bedroom) with space for a double or queen size bed in each, 1 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen & 1 Living Room. Oven, fridge, laundry/ dryer, microwave all included.  The den can be easily modified to be a closed bedroom if you envision to do so.

The utility cost is very low:  hot water is included and paid by the building.  In addition, the apartment is relatively warm during the winter and cool during the summer.  The average monthly electricity bill is only around $40.
