9-foot ceiling, superior soundproofing and 22-foot-wide balcony overlooking the fountain in the interior garden and a pedestrian street with a clear view. 

 

Large Master bedroom with a walk-in closet and annexed bathroom. Lots of storage space (walk-in, large wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom, 2 other closets with fitted shelves) 

 

Many renovations in 2015: quartz countertop, kitchen sink, light fixtures, floors, water tank (60 gallons), central vacuum, O'Gees molding, bricks wall, electrical fireplace for a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. 

 

AND ABOVE ALL, INLCUDES a very large indoor parking isolated from other cars that can easily park car and motorcycle side by side. For information, I parked a seadoo and a SUV side by side.
