Perfectly located and modern. In front of the ATWATER metro station and the Alexis Nihon shopping center. There are a lot of universities, colleges and schools near its location (Concordia, Collège La Salle, Dawson College, Mcgill, etc.).

In the building, you can find: ADONIS, BMO BANK, STARBUCKS, and a COPPER BRANCH.

Precious and unique building in MONTREAL which includes 3 pools on the rooftop terraces (with barbecues), 1 four-season pool, a gym, a yoga studio, a spa, a sauna and a steam bath.
