Beautiful condo VERY BRIGHT *, in the Villeray district, built in 2013, 9 'ceiling, abundant 8' windows, South-West orientation. Sun on patio in the afternoon. ** VERY RARE in the neighborhood. **

Condominium well managed, good reserve fund, no problems (Still under warranty for 1.5 years) with Cameras in both entries.
The neighbors are friendly and calm, the hairdresser on the ground floor does not cause worries. Only 6 units in the building. Frankly, if we didn't need more space, because the family is getting bigger, I think we'd never leave.
Very nice neighborhood, small local businesses (shops, bakery, restaurants, bistros, bars, promenade St-Hubert, etc) Close to public transport and several parks, including the beautiful Parc Jarry.
