A magnificent duplex situated on one of the most beautiful streets of Villeray, near metro station. House is ready to live in. Kitchens and bathrooms have been renovated on both floors. The ground floor has been almost totally redone offering a nice living room with a double faced fireplace opening on the dining room and a bedroom with a big walk-in.
A nice green courtyard, well landscaped, offers privacy.
The roof has been redone summer 2010.
