This is not a duplex that we present to you, it is a home that has housed a family whose dreams and laughter are now giving way to serenely welcome yours.
We enjoyed the size of the rooms, the lighting, the nice little courtyard in summer, the shaded street lined with almost century-old trees, among which the large tree in front of the house which houses a large family of squirrels, the almost three parking spaces where the wires parked their minounes while having the metro station Fabre at two minutes walk, convenient on cold winter days.
Not tomention the large and practical workshop, plenty of storage space, the spacious wash-drying corner and huge potential possibilities for reorganizing the interior space.
And what about the privilege of having all kinds of services within 5 or 10 minutes walk: supermarkets, hospital, schools and daycare centres, post office, pharmacy, bus stops... all within reach.
The building is solid and well maintained. Even more than the effort and the work done, we have left some of our hearts joyful and exhausted in the various works accomplished, including:

Ce n'est pas un duplex que nous vous présentons, c'est un foyer qui a abrité une famille dont les rêves et les rires cèdent maintenant la place pour accueillir sereinement les vôtres.
Nous avons apprécié la grandeur de pièces, l'éclairage, la petite cour sympathique l'été, la rue ombragée bordée d'arbres presque centenaires, parmi lesquels le grand arbre devant la maison qui abrite une nombreuse famille d'écureuils, les presque trois places de stationnement où les fils ont garé leurs minounes tout en ayant la station de métro Fabre à deux minutes à pied, bien pratique les froides journées d'hiver.
Sans oublier le grand et pratique atelier de travail, beaucoup d'espace de rangement, le spacieux coin pour le lavage-séchage et d'immenses possibilités potentielles de réorganisation de l'espace intérieur.
Et que dire du privilège d'avoir tous genres de services à 5 ou 10 minutes de marche : les supermarchés, l'hôpital, les écoles et garderies, la poste, la pharmacie, les arrêts d'autobus... tout à portée de la main.
Le bâtiment est solide et bien entretenu. Encore plus que l'effort et le travail réalisé, nous avons laissé une partie de nos coeurs joyeux et exténués dans les divers travaux accomplis, parmi lesquels :
